Project Halts & Abandonment

If a custom project is paused or delayed by the client for more than thirty (30) consecutive days due to a lack of feedback, delayed content delivery, or missing assets required to proceed, Blumagik Media reserves the right to halt the project and invoice for all work completed to date.

Reactivating an abandoned project may incur a restructuring fee to account for re-scoping and rescheduling work.

Exceptional Circumstances

We value long-term partnerships and understand that unexpected situations arise. In the rare event that Blumagik Media is unable to fulfill a contracted service due to unforeseen operational limitations, a prorated refund will be issued for any unearned or uncompleted portions of the project.
