Because our services involve customized digital labor, strategy, and non-tangible digital assets, our refund and cancellation policies are structured as follows:
Service Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel an ongoing project or service subscription under the following terms:

Custom Projects
A project may be cancelled at any stage by providing written notice via email. Upon cancellation, the client will be invoiced for all milestone hours completed or resources utilized up to the date of cancellation.

Retainer & Maintenance Agreements
Ongoing support, SEO, or monthly system maintenance services may be cancelled by providing thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility

Deposits & Retainers
Unless stated otherwise in a specific SLA, initial project deposits are non-refundable once work, research, or asset provisioning has commenced.

Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for completed milestones, approved designs, or fully delivered digital assets.

Digital Products & Assets
Any downloadable files, themes, configured code, or custom digital assets delivered directly to the client are non-refundable once access or delivery has taken place.

Third-Party Fees
Blumagik Media cannot refund fees paid to third-party providers — including domain registration, external hosting, premium software licenses, or API subscriptions such as Make.com or Gemini API — purchased on behalf of the client.
Project Halts & Abandonment
If a custom project is paused or delayed by the client for more than thirty (30) consecutive days due to a lack of feedback, delayed content delivery, or missing assets required to proceed, Blumagik Media reserves the right to halt the project and invoice for all work completed to date.
Reactivating an abandoned project may incur a restructuring fee to account for re-scoping and rescheduling work.
Exceptional Circumstances
We value long-term partnerships and understand that unexpected situations arise. In the rare event that Blumagik Media is unable to fulfill a contracted service due to unforeseen operational limitations, a prorated refund will be issued for any unearned or uncompleted portions of the project.
